ACCESSIBILITY

Overview
At SahaVida Institute, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our guests. We respect the dignity and independence of every individual and are committed to ensuring full and equal access to our facility and website. Here's what you can expect from us:

Communication
We strive to effectively communicate with all our guests. We provide auxiliary aids and services, free of charge, to ensure effective communication. We gladly accept Operator Relay Service calls and Teletypewriter (TTY/TDD) calls through 711, just as we do with traditional phone calls.

Website Accessibility
We are committed to developing and maintaining website content using modern technologies that effectively communicate with and provide full and equal access to persons with disabilities. We adhere to online usability and design guidelines, including those recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in its Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 and the requirements under the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.

Assistive Devices
We welcome our customers and guests to use their own personal assistive devices to access our merchandise and services. If an assistive device or technology is incompatible with our facilities, we will work closely with our customers and guests to provide alternative solutions that ensure full and equal access.

Companions and Service Animals
Companions, guide dogs, and other service animals are always welcome to accompany guests with disabilities during their visit to our facility. Our staff will provide personal assistance sensitively, respectfully, and discreetly when requested.

Service Interruptions
In the event that we are temporarily unable to offer any special facilities or services that assist customers and guests with disabilities, we will promptly provide notice of the interruption and the expected time when these services will resume.

Staff Training
Our entire staff undergoes ongoing and documented training to ensure proper communication and provide sensitive, helpful, and respectful assistance to our customers and guests with disabilities.

Policy and Procedure Modifications
We will make reasonable modifications to our policies or procedures when necessary to provide our customers and guests with full and equal access to our facility, website, or communication channels.

We continuously strive to improve the accessibility of our website content. For mouse and keyboard alternatives, speech recognition software such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking may help you navigate web pages and online services by allowing you to use voice controls to move focus around a web page or application screen.

Customer Feedback
We actively encourage and value the participation of all customers and guests in our feedback process. In addition to sharing your comments in person, you may also contact us by:
